Gullah Woman
Gullah Reflections, 22x30", won Best in the Show at the Seacoast Artist Gallery Spring '17 show. She appeared in an abstract pouring and was enhanced with lots of respect and passion. It was with great pride that I accepted the award for my first art show entry since moving to Murrells Inlet.
This painting just won Best in the Show at the Georgetown Watermedia Society SC. Such an honor to be hanging in the historic Rice Museum in Georgetown.
Now hanging for sale at Island Art Gallery in Pawley's Island.
Contemplation
Contemplation , 24x36" mixed media on canvas, is one of the first paintings for an art show since moving to Murrells Inlet. This one is shown by Island Art gallery in Pawley's Island.
Feather friend
An small 8x10 abstract with some unintended visitors. The birds wouldn't go away so I invited them in to lighten up a small oil painting. Available for sale at Island Art Gallery in Pawley's Island.
Celebration
Celebration was the first painting I did for our new place at Murrells Inlet. I love doing the messy pourings of liquid inks, acrylics, and watercolor.
The Marsh
The marsh is ever changing at Murrells Inlet..I used oils for this painting to give myself lots of play time. Available for sale at the Island Art Gallery in Pawley's Island
Goose
Living at Murrells Inlet is never boring..We always have a lot of geese, ducks, and swans around us. So much fun to paint for a change. Small 12x12"

Pelican Watch
After taking about 50 photos, the pelicans kept posing for me at close range at the Marshwalk, Murrells Inlet. I have a display of these small 5x7" mini paintings at the Seacoast Art Gallery, priced at $20. We call them "suitcase paintings"
